My Story
Why I chose video/filmography
Ever since I was a kid, I loved taking photos, whether it was to remember an event or just something that looked really cool. In college, I really had to consider what wanted to do with my background in art and photography, and since I had always enjoyed writing, film would give me that opportunity to tell a story. Although my favorite movies are fictional, I want to explore the stories of the real world, with real people and real circumstances. I want to capture the human experience in any capacity, and be able to depict the modern age through my own lens.

Recent Media Missions
Carry the Load 2025
For Memorial May, I traveled the country with the Carry the Load nationwide team to film walks and events in each city honoring fallen veterans and first responders. It was humbling seeing so many people throughout the nation carrying someone they lost from line of duty. I met so many wonderful Gold Star families and captured a lot of the charm and intent Carry the Load brings towards remembering those who shouldn't be.forgotten.
Plano ISD ~ 2024-2025 Visual Arts
I filmed and edited multiple videos of teachers, students and faculty of the Plano Visual Arts program within Plano ISD. I got to test my improved mobile gimbal rig for the Art Teacher Recruitment video, where I conducted multiple interviews in between gathering b-roll of instructional demos. I collected art from throughout the school year for a concluding gallery, as well as a video for retiring art teachers.
AMC 'Hochatown' pilot
I drove a support vehicle from DFW to Hochatown, Oklahoma, where we stayed almost a week filming a pilot of a reality TV show based on the owner of a bar and the people of Hochatown. I was mostly a PA, but we were a small crew so I pitched in for some stuff. It was a lot of fun gaining that perspective of a large production in its infancy stage, gathering everything necessary to make it appealing enough for the network to buy.
