General Liability Disclaimer

Miller Mouth Media is not liable for damage to client property, nor are they liable for accidents or bodily injury of the client or their constituents during production.

Client is responsible for damage to equipment caused by the client or anyone involved that was not hired by MMM. Miller Mouth Media is not responsible for missed shots caused by client or venue issues outside of MMM's control, including restrictions and weather.

Production Policies

Force Majeure Clause - Miller Mouth Media is not responsible for cancelations due to weather, especially for outdoor shoots, or for traffic or location issues out of MMM's control.

If the client is preparing talent in a location they do not own, both talent AND location permission forms will be needed as soon as possible.

Cooperation is essential to making sure everything goes smoothly. Miller Mouth Media is not responsible for insufficient cooperation from client or hired members in the hinderance of the quality of production or the final product.

That being said, if there are any errors in the final product, Miller Mouth Media is not required to re-edit the video to 'fix' it. MMM is also not responsible for any perception of a product or company, positive or negative, and are simply the facilitator of the client's vision.

Unless a permit is purchased by the client for a specific piece of media to be played, there will be no inclusions of copyrighted content, no exceptions.

Refund Policy

A partial refund of 75% is available up to 24 hours before production begins only, as pre-production and scheduling has already been handled by that point.
